Our SiP packaging plants in the US and Bangalore are located in clean room facilities and supported by inline and off line quality control instrumentation like SAM, SEM, low and high magnification Visual Microscopes, X-ray microscopes with tilt facility, thermal mapping system, etc. The manufacturing line will match the best in the industry in providing high yield and quality.

Our packaging facility in the USA (Silitronics) is MIL PRF & ISO 9001:2000 certified and has been qualified by major MIL/Defense companies in USA. Our Bangalore SiP manufacturing facility is in the process of obtaining MIL/Defense certification as well.

Our EMS manufacturing plants in Thailand and Bangalore are equipped with state-of-the-art RoHS compliant production lines to cater to low to medium volume turnkey manufacturing services with an unmatched defect rate of less than 100 PPM. Both our facilities are fully RoHS compliant and ISO 9001:2008 certified.
