Si2 is headquartered in Bangalore, India and has design centers and manufacturing operations in Bangalore, San Jose (California), Netherlands and Thailand.

Organization
Si2 Microsystems (Si2) delivers turnkey Systems and SiP solutions by integrating System & Chip design capabilities with Manufacturing Technology. Si2 has three business divisions; ASiP - customer and application specific SiP solutions, FSiP - Standard and semi-custom SiP solutions for wireless applications, & ODM - turnkey system and sub-system manufacturing business with design expertise in the area of telecommunication systems like IAD, and SDRAM Memory Modules for PC and other appliances. Our solutions support a global customer-base requiring commercial, military and space applications. Over 250 employees globally support our SiP and system manufacturing facilities and design centers.
By leveraging SiP (substrate engineering, embedded passives & CSP) technology, ASIC Design, System Engineering and in-house manufacturing infrastructure, we provide co-designed solutions optimized for form-factor (size), price, and time-to-market. Our core design expertise and intellectual property (IP) is in the area of developing communication systems, integrated multi-service radio and antenna micro-systems, and critical areas of SiP manufacturing technology.
